- Ski Dubai is the first ski resort in the Middle East and has the third largest skiing area in the world and the biggest indoor snow park in the world (over 3,000 square meters). It is a unique mountain-themed attraction that offers skiing and snowboarding for every level, there are also other winter activities including tobaganning. There can be found five ski runs with different difficulty levels, steepness and height and a quad chair-lift. The longest run is 400 meters with a fall of 60 meters. The slope itself is 85 meters high and 80 meters wide. Ski equipment and clothing are available for rent, and professional instructors are on hand for those who want to learn skiing as well for those who want to refresh or improve their ski skills. Ski Dubai can accommodate 1,500 visitors at any given time.
- DUCTAC (Dubai Community Theatre & Arts Centre) is destinated for culture and art lovers. It provides the facilities for a myriad of subjects within a fun and artistic environment. DUCTAC includes a 150-seat studio theatre, 550-seat 2-level theatre, small and large art galleries, a lending library, 16 specialized classrooms and studios for activities such as sculpture, painting, and photography, a cafe, a music school and rehearsal spaces.
- CineStar Cinemas is a 14-screen multiplex cinema. It has an innovative architectural design spread across two levels, and is equipped with the latest in projection facilities including e-cinema solutions that enable CineStar to screen more than just movies. The senstadium cinema design format is exclusive to CineStar and; the senstadium cinemas are bigger, better, louder and clearer. The seating in senstadium cinemas is incomparable.
