United Arab Emirates is situated in the southeast of the Arabian Peninsula in Western Asia on the Persian Gulf, bordering Oman to the east and Saudi Arabia to the south, as well as sharing sea borders with Qatar to the west and Iran to the north. The UAE is famous for its natural heritage such as falconry, dhow boat racing, camel racing, date festivals, and many other activities. It is famous for the Emirates Palace and Yas Island Ferrari World which are both located in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE and has some of the best Corniche events in the world such as F1 boat racing, air shows, Red Bull competitions and much more. Dubai is famous for the Atlantis Resort, Ski Village at Emirates Mall, The Gold Souk, The Palm Islands and the Global Village. Sharjah is the City of Heritage and Islamic Architecture. Fujeirah is known for its mountain landscape, Shark Island and being a diver's paradise and Ras Al Khaimah is known for it mountain ranges, hot springs at Khatt and it vast camping ground at al Awafi which also hold the Al Wafi festival every year.
